NEWXTEP is a Body & Mind cross-training programme, which brings together several disciplines. The flexibility and grace of dance, and the self awareness of Yoga postures and elements from different martial arts are combined within this training programme resulting in a harmonious practice.
Through this integration NEWXTEP provides a unique approach to fatburning. Because of the use of ¾ music the training sustains an ideal heartbeat for great results.
During the practice, balance, coordination and focus are explored. The programme is dynamic and has a full body approach to wellness.
