Julian believes that variety on training is safe and efficient . His teaching style, which is a combination of power, control and flow, is aimed at achieving solid and lasting results. He uses his training experience and background to emphasise fluidity of movement. Julian encourages his students to get in touch with their inner strength, balance and control to work towards experiencing a new-found sense of achievement and purpose at the end to their practice.
